<p>The study showed that patients who performed exercises after a heart attack experienced an improvement in their blood vessels four weeks to begin exercising, but once you stop doing the exercise, namely a month after the positive effects disappear so it is recommended to maintain a routine of physical exercises on an ongoing basis.</p>
