<p>If you are following a workout with weights, you must eat between 500 and 1000 extra calories daily. These calories should be comprised of 60% carbohydrate and 40% protein.</p>
<p>Carbohydrates are what provide the energy needed for muscles to exercise. A diet with insufficient food of this kind will make you feel exhausted and can not comply with the routine. You  should choose carbohydrates low glycemic index, which are those that  provide energy for longer, and do not tend to accumulate in the form of  adipose tissue. They are: fruits and vegetables, whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat) and dairy products.</p>
<p>You should eat at least three servings of fruit, two cups of milk or yogurt and a couple of servings of grain per day. Within this group of foods are: white bread, potatoes, white rice, candy, etc..</p>
<p>Proteins are an important part of nutrition to gain muscle mass, as are what make possible the growth of muscle tissue. Foods that provide most protein include red meat, chicken, turkey, fish, dairy and egg whites.</p>

<p>Fortunately,  there are several things we can do to solve these problems of sweating  in the armpits, from take simple hygiene measures to surgery in severe  cases.</p>
<p>- The first is to thoroughly wash the axillary area, with plenty of water and liquid soap and loofah.</p>
<p>- After skin thoroughly dry with a towel.</p>
<p>-  Then there are several substances that can be applied to the skin to  avoid the problems of sweating in the armpits, such as talcum powder,  baking soda, vinegar or lemon juice. However,  a substance that has demonstrated greater efficiency in this regard is  the aluminum chlorohydrate, which is present in the composition of many  axillary antiperspirant.</p>
<p>- Sanitize your armpits and apply some antiperspirant several times a day to prevent sweating.</p>
<p>- Use cotton clothes or other natural fibers, avoiding wearing polyester or nylon. The latter do not allow air circulation to the skin and promote the accumulation of sweat on it.</p>
<p>-  If these steps do not solve the problem, you can use iontophoresis,  which is the application of a small electrical current to the skin to  close the pores of the sweat glands.</p>
<p>- The application of Botox under the skin of the armpits also helps to reduce sweating. It is an expensive technique and its effect lasts only six or twelve months.</p>
<p>-  In more severe cases, the problems of underarm sweating can be solved  by a simple surgical procedure called sympathectomy transthoracic.</p>
